Each of our bespoke programmes are creatively designed blended learning tools that incorporate all learning styles. They each consist of:

Setting the context
Video presentation
A 45 minute video that is bespoke for your service and organisation which sets the context for the area of learning and will include relative legislation and good practice guidance. The video can be uploaded onto your intranet for staff to view as part of their induction or as an ongoing programme of learning, allowing them to access the programme at a time and place that suits them best.

In-depth group work
Interactive training session
A 2-hour interactive webinar or face to face training session (for up to 16 staff) that brings the area of learning to life and contextualise it into your own service delivery area. Key information from the video will be explored in more depth using group work, case studies and plenty of opportunities to use the tools and strategies presented in the video.

Embed key principles
Self-directed learning
Each programme has a schedule of relevant self-directed learning which will support staff to embed key principles and strategies into daily practices. A short cascade model is included to encourage the learning to be shared amongst the wider team.
